Hi Janice, SEC lifted the halt after a 10 day suspension 10/2015. It's trading in grays because of company's lack of response and sponsor but not because of the SEC.

Just for the sake of clarification, did indeed the SEC step in and suspend the CRGP ticker at some point? I was under the impression that FINRA issued a U3 halt on August 26, 2015. The halt was lifted after two weeks, but because it went without public quotation for more than 4 trading days it was on the grey market having lost compliance with SEC rule 15c2-11. Please correct me if wrong but I don't recall the SEC suspending CRGP, nor did it need to given that it had been relegated to the greys.
