THANKS. So the 25% for common escrows goes by the wayside. Sorry guys! And the preferred escrows get all the safe harbor waterfall. But all my WMIH SHARES only are worth a buck. Based on what I think safe harbor assets will be I guess I can't be too unhappy with this outcome. IF it is the eventual outcome!!??
