I guess that some of us don't know the difference between preferred and common shares.
I never understood why some believe that preferred and commons are on the same level with regards to investment when they are completely different in terms of seniority.
This is why I laugh at, "common gets everything nonsense" that some are promoting on this board when the court already stated that common will receive 25% and preferred receives 75%. Do the math..smh
Besides, there is NO CAPS on preferred, where there is for common share holders, which means that preferred could be worth many times its face value.
