Oh, and Ponder, CEO of SGSIF is developing a plan for MEA, but the hurricanes and a few other unplanned past hurdles have slowed the past progress, but no worries, this company "With no Cash" LOL, they paid off $1.5 Million in debt, interest and fees, not with discounted 50% off shares but with restricted shares at .0100/share, so the bankers that funded Mantra Energy since 2015, Expecting GE to keep the deal MEA made with Alstom before GE bought them, pre-SGSIF, just accepted SGSIF shares at .01/share in exchange for debt that could have been converted at .001 in 2017/Feb that would have killed the company. They took only 10% of the shares they could have in a show of support for the company!!! They obviously expect sell some shares at .10 or .20 or .30 / share down the road. At .30/share they only need to sell 3% of their shares to ride free shares!!!!
The least we can do now, is have a little faith that Larry/Ponder/Keith have turned this around big time, after the screwing GE gave us. I have faith I am buying more!!!
Lastly, The latest SEC fillings and PRs clearly show that once Ponder figured out what MEA was worth, he renegotiated a deal with Professor Colin Oloman on the fuel cell patents, as the SEC fillings and PRs clearly show this.
Oh, and the first thing hurt MEA bad was the collapse of crude oil prices by 75% in late 2014/2015, they have doubled in recent months which means alt energy tech will soon make a comeback!!!!
And unlike Looser Plug, the MEA part of SGSIF has a revenue operation that has already shown a 20% gross profit on 3 million in sales in 3 months!!! Imagine the huge profits when SGSIF sales leaver Plugger in the dust of a hydrogen cloud, LOL.
