You can call it an acquisition or a reverse merger it really doesn't matter as while the new management is fully committed to growth the revenue side of the business (AW Solutions) they have given Larry time to continue developing the energy side of the business (MEA).



Sure would be nice to know if anything has been done along those lines over the last few months...Anybody know anything??????
