Exactly.

Marijuana, medical AND recreational, is frowned upon by the U.S. Federal Government.

And in the extremely unlikely chance marijuana is re-scheduled, it would likely take at least a year to set up laws, guidelines and everything associated with it. Even California took over a year from voting in recreational legalization to it actually happening.

To think MYDX would be able apply to something in 90 days which isn't even legal with the feds is, at best, misleading.

Could be sooner than later considering Canada legalization. Once the cannabis boosts their economy, the US will open up for competition. But you’re right the main focus here is Canada and the ECOSmartpen release in a couple months.
