Feb 14th in NYC Federal, they will argue that maintaining cannabis as Schedule I is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This lawsuit has been talked about for years, and they finally decided to hear the case.
The federal government will have to prove that it has NO medicinal value and is highly addictive.
IMO - this will change the conversation BIGTIME. A lot of misunderstood facts should come out and hopefully politicians are paying attention this time! Lots of money for the state coffers, and they all need money. The laboratories haven’t melted - always a good sign .
