Have you read through the documents for the final IPR? I'm not sure how "techy" you are (I am not) but even to me it seems obvious again that UOIP/Chanbond has a very strong case. Our lawyer, Mr Whitman continues to impress.
One part that stands out is that Cisco's own expert witness agrees with UOIP/Chanbond on the meaning of "Channel." You can see in the document below at the end of page 7 into 8 that the expert, Mr Wechselberger agrees with our side.
You only need one patent infringed to win, you dont need all three. Having three infringed would help through the trial appeals. You have to remember that having a patent validated isnt the end. They have to prove infringement in the court cases later this year.
