Hopefully we will be winning the 9th one as well. Now no one can further file any IPRs as the time limit has passed.

Even if we don’t win the last remaining 9th IPR, the trial is still scheduled covering 13 cable companies at the end of the year and lots of updates are happening under the consolidated Atlantic case.

The 9th IPR covers a portion of 1 of 3 patents and Chanbond has already been successful in the remaining patents via the IPRs that have been not instituted.

Whoever is selling is helping the stock to get into stronger hands. Even BMIC is moving up the ask.

In future, when we look back on the present we may say that we were fortunate as we were surrounded by wise people. We all are informed investors and let’s hope for the best.
