First rights of refusal have an implied second bidder in the picture and would give BIIB a time lock on matching or beating a given offer.
Since we've seen nothing happening and heard nothing from Missling it's logical to assume that there have been no offers put on the table that would include a decent premium to the market cap.
Missling needs to attend sales 101 instead of having his hair done
