Oh my dear newgold.....you might just be surprised at what the BCSC as well as the RCMP have been up too. This is a very personal case to the BCSC.....to say they went the extra mile might just be an understatement.
So....just curious....what is the "truth" to you? What JL says happened or the actual court rulings? With your logic....that CHILE "holds the key" in this hearing....why didn't JL go to Chile and get this "evidence" and show that the BCSC is all wet?
Please enlighten me.....what evidence is there in Chile that would show the "truth"? JL has lost every single court case.... EVERY SINGLE ONE! So please.......tell me.....what is this secret evidence that awaits in Chile?
Remember.....you nor anyone else ever took the YKR challenge..... because none of the BCSC's claims can be disputed....and that is the ONLY thing that this hearing is about....period.
So....newgold....JL said that the BCSC had 38 working days and not a second more to report to the magistrate or Interpol would be tracking them down....right? Well, the 38 working days are over....I wonder why we have heard nothing about any arrests over at the BCSC? Could it be that JL has told yet ANOTHER lie? YES. There is no jurisdiction by the Chilean courts and this will soon be apparent.......boy oh boy....BJ and JL are in BIG trouble! Just think....it was little ole me that turned the con men in....shouldn't everyone be THANKING me for making sure the TRUTH about this con got out? Everyone used to preach on how the TRUTH was so important......I wonder why it is not important to shareholders when the "truth" gets their stock permanently delisted and their CEO thrown in jail?
