Oh my dear newgold.....you might just be surprised at what the BCSC as well as the RCMP have been up too. This is a very personal case to the BCSC.....to say they went the extra mile might just be an understatement.

So....just curious....what is the "truth" to you? What JL says happened or the actual court rulings? With your logic....that CHILE "holds the key" in this hearing....why didn't JL go to Chile and get this "evidence" and show that the BCSC is all wet?

Please enlighten me.....what evidence is there in Chile that would show the "truth"? JL has lost every single court case.... EVERY SINGLE ONE! So please.......tell me.....what is this secret evidence that awaits in Chile?

Remember.....you nor anyone else ever took the YKR challenge.....
because none of the BCSC's claims can be disputed....and that is the ONLY thing that this hearing is about....period.
