No he doesn't. He caused this shitshow and he owns it. He could get a clean DACA bill passed tomorrow but wants to hold them hostage for his stupid wall and change other things that would never get passed unless he held them hostage. Hopefully it doesn't work and all this to appeal to his racist base.
