Dems just want clean cut amnesty and citizenship, they don't want to fix anything.
You can blame congress all you want, but the fact remains, that when Dems had a super majority, requiring zero help from Republicans, they showed that they did not want to fix anything. They wanted to continue to use race. And now Dems are holding dreamers hostage, because if they wanted a deal, it could be had.
Democrats care more about stopping Trumps wall promise, than they care about the dreamers.
The issue of chain migration is directly related to the DACA bill, as citizen ship for 20+ family members of the dreamer are to follow. Suddenly it's amnesty for 20 million people instead of the Dreamers that were used by the parents to get the foot in the door. And the wall is also a deterrent to future DACA seekers from illegally invading the US.
Notice. Nothing in my stance had anything to do with Race. But the racist base of the democrat party will insist it does, because without the use of racism, by the racist themselves, the argument falls flat on it's face.
