I am not trying to make it seem anything. I am only defending a position that said it had been predicted and discussed since August.

Technically the audit is not late... There was no deadline... Just an anticipated finished time... AMFE is in no violation of any deadline, except those anticipated by Roger becoming an expectation which has come and gone... The new anticipated completion date is now by the end of January, 2018...

Vital to note that this audit was not required, AMFE voluntarily underwent the audit for the optional purpose of uplisting... There is no deadline to uplist, and no deadline for the audit completion... Only thing that is required is that the audit be completed before the uplisting!!!

Also, noteworthy to mention that Roger has done quite a bit to bring attention to the audit, mistakes found during the audit, etc... If Roger was pulling some kind of scam, why would he:

1.) Perform a voluntary audit?
2.) Bring a ton of attention to the audit? Regularly?
3.) Keep us posted on details like mistakes found, etc.?
