In July the audit was expected to begin in a matter of weeks. Although some on the board at that time insisted it would be done soon, Rocket and a few others pointed out that the fiscal year didn’t end until the end of July so it shouldn’t have been expect to be complete until the fall.

The audit is definitely late but, as Rocket put it earlier today, not as late as you’re trying to make it seem.
