My personal thoughts are that the price will be over a penny soon. Again that's my opinion.

But you are correct in saying that's one of the requirements is that the stock price has to remain at a penny or higher

Basically this isn't a problem yet. It's definitely an ongoing concern until we get back over .01, but GRCK is not in danger of being downgraded atm.
