Actually, there is a 90 day "curing period" if they stay below .01 for 30 days. I don't think we'll have to worry about it, but from the OTCQB requirements (https://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/otcqb/standards.pdf) under section 4.1.b:

Bid Price Deficiency. Companies are granted a cure period of 90 calendar days for failure to
maintain the minimum bid price under Section 2.3(2). In the event that the minimum closing
bid price for the Company’s common stock falls below $0.01 per share for 30 consecutive
days, a grace period of 90 calendar days to regain compliance shall begin, during which the minimum closing bid price for the Company’s common stock must be $0.01 or greater for
ten consecutive trading days. In the event that the Company’s closing bid price falls below
$0.001 at any time for five.



On top of that, they can grant further leniency if they deem it proper and GRCK files their paperwork (and dues) on time.
