Will GRCK be RETROGRADED to OTC Pink because it stays WAY UNDER 1 cents for a long time?

Why management DOESN'T buy back shares to address this HUGE ISSUE for the health of the company?

Are we run by managers that call themselves "CEOs" but have in fact NO REAL WEALTH in their bank account to ACT for their company?
