I agree with the S-1, that is the most common route. They should start now if they are going to do it. I know some companies who (say they) have been at it with FINRA for years.

It all works for me, I'm in for the 2-4 year plan and see the spin off as a freebe. I am curious though. What happens if you close your position prior to having it listed?
