I’ve been thru 5 spinoffs. Roger is the sharpest CEO of all 6 companies I’ve been thru. Again, just like the auditors. It will be the SEC/FINRA we will be waiting on, not Roger.

We can all speculate on how long the process will take but the only way will know is when we’re through it. The nice thing is Amfil is making money now and will be making more a year from now!

As revenues keep climbing, and the subs keep growing, we’ll have plenty of things to look forward to and discuss as we pass the time waiting for the spin off. I’m glad to see how excited you and everyone else is about the opportunity we’ve found with AMFE!
