I agree. But I believe this: if - if - any assets of WMIIC show up in the future, those would have to go to WMILT for liquidation and distribution.

I wonder - without knowing - if the above may be a possible reason why WMIIC has been kept around as an empty shell. Although, it seems to me the assets of WMIIC would go to the WMILT regardless of whether or not WMIIC was still around or not.

Unless there is a specific provision of the POR saying something else, I believe all assets of WMIIC and WMI are to be turned over to the WMILT for liquidation and distribution.
