I do not say that. WMIIC's(!) equity WENT to WMIH in 2012, and WMIIC's(!) assets WERE contributed to the WMI Liquiating Trust in 2012. That's all. It is my belief that IF there are assets in safe harbor which formerly belonged to WMIIC then the WMI-LT and thus the escrow markers/their holders will be the main beneficiaries.

But I would not go as far as to completely exclude the possibility that also WMIH will have a (small) benefit because they own the equity interest in WMIIC, but I think it is unlikely...

If the equity goes to WMIH, are you saying that escrow holders get nothing? Thanks for your comments.
