After major dilution in the subsidiary .... if Dahl can get someone to give him money for him to control the subsidiary .... if the valuation is reasonable.
And if all that happens ZIVO investors likely to get a piece of the gravy, not all of it.
As I said, this should have been JV'd long ago with an appropriate medical company with the resources and know how and ZIVO could have sat back and raked money ..... which of course would have limited the dilution in ZIVO these last couple years. But Dahl knows better than anyone else. IMO Wellmetris has caused some lack of focus and a drain on resources.
