Wellmetri(s,x) is totally upside to ZIVO now.

Crazy right? But they paid nothing for it - there was a minimal cash payout to a few vendors who got stiffed, and the rest was worthless shares they gave to Essex that plunged in value five seconds after they did the deal, and have remained in the basement for four years. I don't know if Essex threw in the towel by now and got out, but it's pretty likely.

So anything ZIVO does with it is gravy, even if only for publicity value. If they actually end up making money from it, it's a bonus. Having it makes the company look diversified too, so that's a good thing.
