20,731,895 x 10 = 207,318,950; this is a FORWARD split.
They are increasing the AS from 50 mil to 350 million in order to do a forward split.
My question is how can they do a forward split when they don't even know what the price of their shares will be. When the dust settles, this could be trading at $1. Multiply that by 10 and it's at $10 a share.
It will be very interesting to see what the MM's think this company is valued at especially with the 10 for 1 forward split being announced.
