Authorized shares don’t always go in conjunction with O/S on a split. Are you new to this?

No I'm not new to this. Are you? I am fully aware the A/S & O/S don't ALWAYS follow each other. Most of the time it's done to give insiders an unfair advantage. Also why would you go to the trouble to forward split the O/S so close to the A/S post split? It will be less than 100M away from maxed out as soon as it happens. It probably won't matter anyway since it's unlikely they will find any MM willing to make a market for this grey market ticker. DOA
