What do you mean how can they do a forward split without knowing the price? That’s not the point of the split. It’s to get more shares liquid. Hello!!!!

20,731,895 x 10 = 207,318,950; this is a FORWARD split.

They are increasing the AS from 50 mil to 350 million in order to do a forward split.

My question is how can they do a forward split when they don't even know what the price of their shares will be. When the dust settles, this could be trading at $1. Multiply that by 10 and it's at $10 a share.

It's a forward split. You don't multiply the pps by 10 you divide it.

pre split: 1 share @ $10.00 =$10.00 value

post split: 10 shares @ $1.00 =$10.00 value

get it?
