The low level of interest for the Series B is a bit surprising, especially since Mr. Bigger indicated he was going to participate. You would figure he would participate in a significant amount.
But in some ways the low level of interest is not surprising given the time of year during X-Mas (Who's working?) and the short duration of the offering. But more importantly this is an OTC stock that has more than its fair share of issues, and no positive news, or any news, to report. That's not a recipe to attract either private equity or high net worth individuals. (And if you're not buying an OTC stock, you're not buying preferred shares and warrants for an OTC stock, either.)
If anyone is looking for evidence that it's been a series of management decisions that have led to a low stock price, no one should look any further than the lack of success in filling the book for the Series B.
