After the Series A and the Series B, this is looking like we are in the clear

Wait for the Series C. They should be issued to Cognate before the proxy.
As best as I can tell, they haven't been issued yet. (I would say wait for the Form 4 but that is too much to expect from these folks).

We can only guess as to the powers granted to the holders of the upcoming Series C Preferred Shares.

Anyway, that's the next news imo.
