Well, obviously we all expect a Series C any day now. I would guess the cert will be almost identical to the A, but who really knows.
LOL on the form 4. I wonder if Cognate shares will have changed since last proxy (other than via the -C)?
When did the Bs actually get designated though? Marsman said he received his shares by last weekend. I would think they would have had to officially ammend the Corporate Cert, get that info to the buyers, have the buyers (or least marsman) send the cash, complete the deal. And presumably a 3 day lag between :check is in the mail" to certs delivered I would assume.
So start of last week? Does that not mean we should have the Certificate of Designation on Edgar already?
