Or at the least they are comfortable to talk about preliminary results if the publication has not in by Jan 23rd. Researchers are free to indicate preliminary results quoting final results are on its way in a journal publication. The first presentation title starts with Achieving and the second one is talking about using those precision technique 'has been achieved' I infer. My intution is telling me NWBO is the leader now in dendritic cell therapy that they have perfected the therapy to the precision level. Go NWBO1

My thought exactly. I was going to write something along the same lines:

I think the context of this is important. They have twice in the past few months been on the agenda as a conference speaker, and have cancelled late because (at least once explicitly) of pending blinded data release. Clearly they did not want to talk previously. Now, we have them being added late to a conference as speakers, which implies that they now DO want to talk and expect to have something to talk about by the conference date. I think this means we see the blinded data publication before the conference.

And as TC Trader noted, Jan 3rd is putting lawsuits behind us.

After the Series A and the Series B, this is looking like we are in the clear and NWBO may be able to respond to questions during the presentation without any legal problems hanging over them. I do like the prospects of getting news this month.

Best of luck to Patients and Families, NWBO, and Longs!
