This isn't a accurate patent application number!

You posted: "On January 23, 2013 we acquired from Perpetual Wind Power Corporation the rights to their wind and solar powered turbine technology for which it has a patent pending with the United States Patent and Trademark office, U.S. Patent Application Serial No. 61/257,578 as submitted on November 3, 2009."

From the USPTO database:"Sorry, the entered Application Number "61/257578" is not available."

I suspect this is a provisional patent - which is meaningless - it is a placeholder.

LIBE doesn't own any patents.
