Here is some background and sufficient evidence to believe the company retains all the patent rights IMHO

"Liberated Energy, which also operates under the name A DEVELOPMENT STAGE COMPANY), is located in Marlton, New Jersey. This organization primarily operates in the Electric Services business / industry within the Electric, Gas and Sanitary Services sector. This organization has been operating for approximately 5 years. Liberated Energy is estimated to generate $8.5 million in annual revenues, and employs approximately 5 people at this headquarters location and 51 total employees across all locations."
