Not true at all. Read it again closely and carefully. When the judge stated: the SEC “truly walked the razor's edge with their response, he was talking about the SEC's response to the Rule 56 Motion for Summary Judgment in the SEC case against Treaty and the Fab 5. The 1993 case of Ashe V. Corley wasn't a case the SEC was involved in.
