I wonder if this new filing includes the shares held by City National Rochdale?

Don't get it, how did he end up 5M shares?? Have he been buying some more millions of shares during 2017 but not reported or what? Does he have to report more then once a year, ie everytime he change his holdings?

Well from what it looks like he filed in march17 since he was a bit over 5%. He must have been buying like crazy since then. It seems he now own all these shares in his personal name and none with Rochdale anymore? Just how it looks from the filing.

And yes one would think since he was above 5% he would have needed to file everytime he bought within a few days but I don't see any form4's. The 13G he only needs to file once a year I think.

He is (still?) considered a passive investor, don't think he is required to report every transaction separately.
