Today Garrett R. D’Alessandro 5,141,831 shares of Common Stock including 320K for some loan.
NO filings about buying any shares since March 17!
Don't get it, how did he end up 5M shares?? Have he been buying some more millions of shares during 2017 but not reported or what? Does he have to report more then once a year, ie everytime he change his holdings?
