It's different language in the 10K from the prior PR, but I think the prior PR provides the critical context. It would have been so easy to clear it up if they had meant the closure of enrollment ended in the lifting of the hold. All they would have had to say was that. Instead, they tell us it was based upon culminating dialogue. I trust they did not play word games, and it is still the case. Like NW states, all we can do is trust they are being honest and completely forthcoming!
