Rumor has it the Mets after increasing payroll in 2015, 2016, and last year will be decreasing oayroll this year. To bad as they have a very good 1-2 in the rotation and if Conforto and Cespedes are healthy they could be a decent team. Now if they go out and add some players they could be in the hunt at least. In their market their payroll should be at a minimum between 160-175 million
