Why would the merger party pay 1Mil in bitcoin and cash in Oct to BTCS
and then two months later pull out of merger. Would make no sense to just waste a million dollars. Merger still on IMO

Are they just making sure they're fully disclosing everything to the public trying to cover their arses? I can't think of any other reason either
