Not citing misinformation, if it is that, intentionally. I saw agrees to pay but have not seen any financials showing it was paid. Who cares, really? It's nitpicking. It was/is/is to be for 2017. The contingencies are for somethings vague and I am wondering why? I have employees. If I get 10m in assets in 2018 or get bought out I will give them 125K and 75K each too.... why post this? Trying to understand this silly PR which states we paid our CEO and CFO for 2017 and will pay them for some hypothetical situations in 2018? pointless
