If they gave me this opportunity a couple of months ago, I would have jumped on it. I have bought heavily on the open market for the past few months. For me to pull funds from elsewhere now at year-end I would take a tax hit I can't afford to take. Too little, too late for me. I will also not invest another penny on blind faith in this management team, because honestly I have lost faith in them at this point. Sitting on 2.6 million shares and hoping for the best, but not expecting anywhere near what I once was.

Hi biosector, I agree, the MMs provide plenty of liquidity for us small retail folks. Imho if NW were to participate in this offering then we would be up to $1 in no time! We would be at 1 Billion MC again and all short profits would go POOF! PUFF! gone... Then the upside is unlimited as to their losses once the entire world gets in on NWBO and DC-Vax as the next SOC for all operable and inoperable Solid Tumors!
It's coming I can definitely feel it and LP & LL have always known; for that is why they are steadfast, resilient, undeterred... as we true longs have known it in our guts... 90 or more still alive, perspective is grace...
