There is legally zero chance that all claims could be killed at CAFC.

The CAFC appeal is solely based on the invalidated claims by the PTAB, the validated claims are not subject to review or challenges.

The case against Activision will proceed in Federal Court regardless of the CAFC ruling, Worlds can only win more claims back not lose any.

I have always been of the opinion that one Valid claim is all that is needed for infringement. The settlement can assume the percentage of royalties that would have been paid if licensed. That could put the PPS in the dollars per our previous discussions over the years.
