Take it how you want, and I agree, I think there should be no chance, but stranger stuff has happened. I am simply keeping the door open that somehow it may happen, I truly doubt it, but you know how things go,

Take at a look at these statistics on federal circuit PTAB appeals through August 1st. So this is just the stats from this year through August.

https://www.finnegan.com/en/insights/federal-circuit-ptab-appeal-statistics-august-1-2017.html

Breaking down the numbers further, in its appeals from IPRs, the Federal Circuit [t][/t]affirmed the PTAB on every issue in 156 (74.29%) cases, reversed or vacated the PTAB on every issue in 23 (10.95%) cases, issued a mixed outcome in 24 (11.43%) cases, and dismissed 7 (3.33%) cases.

Hello,

Do you have any reading material so I can educate myself on this idea?

I am not saying it will happen, but it has happened. Here is an example of a patent made it through PTAB and CAFC killed it. It is rare, but there is that slight chance, just saying. To think there is NO CHANCE is wrong, I agree there SHOULD BE zero legal chance, but it is the crazy court system we have
