Well company did say they will apply for permits eoy and a partnership was going to be established first. There is a partner and they come with start up cash for NAK. So I agree with your statement that permit news should come either this week or next.

IDK. It's a crap shoot imo. If you go on what Cantor said, and they do have insider information, then you would probably be thinking the other majors such as RIO, Freeport or Barrick might want to swing their big stick and buyout NAK. I truly believe there have been discussions with all but they tried to push NAK around with a LOW BALL bid and were blindsided by the newly formed partnership. Pure speculation but is something to think about.

Shorts would be stunned and surprised with a buyout or even NAK selling 25% outright to another suitor. If there is anything to EW theory then SP will be off to the races. SWEET! EW does make a lot of sense and I'm banking on it cause I'm holding long but thinking about a hedging strategies just in case if its not too late. Not happy about where the SP is currently for many reasons.
