The agreement calls for the biggest payment in the future not next year and 37 million is not a stupid investment if you believe the mine can and will get built
Someone has to get the ball rolling financially
There is a big difference between 37 million , 150 million and 1.35 billion
The next question I have is what happens to the other 50% ?

I expect permitting announced any day
Could be tomorrow
