SF - thing your missing is this is publicly traded company and float is locked. Yeah you can start up another playscape idea but this one is already on an exchange and with the right news - PPS could easily run past 25 cents in a short amount of time...screams 13 bagger from here for a deep-pocket strategic investor. o/s is not really that high

All it needs is 1) Cancelling of rights offering and 2) Actual expansion of 2-3 new locations and money is made and it would be BIG - instantly !
