You do realize that $GIGL has only two locations right?

They aren't buying a 50-100 chain organization.

So that "pairing" concept is irrelevant. Right now $GIGL is just a local mom and pop company. And...one that isn't making money.

You could say any company is a match using your "logic." (I use that term very loosely in this context).

Why pay to lose money? Would you buy a broken down car at a new car dealership? You can repair it. But why buy the problems of someone else?

They could start up their own playscape company if that were the case. Or partner with an existing playscape company and add healthy items to the menu.

There are a lot of better options if someone wants to get into this space than buying these two locations. The $GIGL problem needs to get fixed from within first.

Parsi's resume is filled with him raising and managing millions and millions of dollars but he can't raise one million here?

Something is wrong. Either his resume is inflated or something else is now.
