Sarcasm. Did some recent reading of past 10Q/10K, news releases and REALLY ENJOYED reading the post from you.

I really wanted to believe this story and the current valuation because I'm always looking for under valued OTC stocks that are "real".

However, I don't understand why I wouldn't just take $2 millions and build out my own stores --- why pay for a concept of losing money??? If they were working on 10% operating margins for their 2 concept stores I'd be all-in...

Also...what is proprietary about this concept?

I just couldn't pull this trigger. MAYBE MAYBE if valuation gets to $1M....gosh though those reasons still apply..would be pure luck on a trade.


The one thing I do like is that this concept seems it would play MUCH BETER in colder states...don't quite understand the locations.
