It shows that (in the past), certain parties used this company and it’s shares like an ATM machine. It’s hard to have any integrity to the share price when inside parties kept dumping their own shares. Hopefully, as we move forward, insiders will be able to use their shares as collateral for loans instead of dumping them on the market.
